Watch the 61st Emmy Awards night ceremony on CBS Television on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 8PM. "How I Met Your Mother" star Neil Patrick Harris who also hosted the Tony Awards in June will host the Emmy night. Comedy series 30 Rock is topping the field this year earning a record of 22 nominations.
